We want you to love your Nordvik Sonic Toothbrush. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.

30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund. To be eligible, the item should be in the same condition that you received it, unused to the extent reasonably necessary to determine whether it works as expected, and in its original packaging where possible.

For hygiene reasons, brush heads that have been used cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or the wrong item was sent.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To start a return, contact us through the Contact page on our website with your order number and the reason for your return. We will guide you through the next steps, including where to send your item, if applicable.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away through the Contact page so we can evaluate the issue and make it right, whether through a replacement or a full refund.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Before reaching out to us about a missing refund, please check your bank account again, then contact your card issuer, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item, for example for a different color, the fastest way is to request a return for the original item and, once approved, place a new order for the item you want.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned, including used brush heads (except where defective), gift cards, and items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
